How to use

Adult: To relieve sinusitis and the symptoms of Colds and Flu add 3-5 drops to 1L of steaming water, cover the head and inhale the vapour. Or add 3-5 drops to 10mL of base oil and massage directly into the chest area as required. Not to be used on children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
